My lower back is butchery me?


I've tried laying on my put money on for an hour, and sitting up straight in my computer chair, but it's singular getting worse. I had it later night too, around 1 AM and I slept on my subsidise and it disappeared though the day, but very soon it's back again at around impossible to tell apart time, little earlier. What can I do to security the pain, will it win better tomorrow if I sleep on my back, will it receive worse again? Should i just consent to it take it's pure course?
