Injured knees on trampoline?
I warmed up and go over to the trampolines. I started bouncing and went to do a backflip. When I cam down to landscape, I must have be wonky. My right ankle rolled inwards and my left knees seemed to disintegrate beneath me. I lay there for a few second rolling around and moaning thinking I had broken my departed knee. Luckily, one of the coaches come and helped me onto a box where on earth I sat for the subsequent hour with rime on it.
I can put about 1/2 my immensity on it, but can't put it straight nor bend it past 90 degree. Any ideas on what I can do to bring better?! Im hoping to go skiing next to my sis in a weeks time so I really entail my knee to alleviate! thanks

You most likely own a knee sprain (most possible the MCL), which will cause some swelling and consequently limit your motion and be paid it painful to way of walking. One thing you must do right presently is place an ice pod directly on the skin on your knee to condense the swelling and inflammation. I think it would be best to see an orthopedic doctor to examine the knees to make sure you did not cleave a ligament and cause serious sabotage. This is important b/c if you budge skiing with an injured knees you could make the break worse.

You requirement to have an x-ray.This may be the weirdest entity you ever hear?
It isn't broken more than likely but budge get an x-ray.Sounds approaching you May have a small hairline fracture, better dance to the Doctor and have it x-rayed. Don't give somebody a lift any chances. Any knees injury never really goes away so for the rest of your time it will occasionally act up. Sorry!

The same entry happened to me but i be doing a backhandpring. I put ice on it later i put this hot stuff on it
the i moved it alot even though it hurt but it felt soo much better after i moved it. But I don`t know u should go and see a doctor and attain it x-rayed

Did you hear a popping nouns when it did it because if so you could have torn a ligament, I disregarded a knee injury because a trainer told me i have just pulled a muscle and right when i thought it have healed i re-injured it and done up having acl surgery and be out for 7 monthsMore Questions & Answers...
