How long before a full plaster strike is put on?

My 6 year old daughter fractured her wrist playing on our trampoline concluding thursday (aug 9th). We was told it be a buckle fracture a break like a step, a partly plaster cast be put on her for the swelling to go down. When departing the hopstial only a sent appointment could be made for the fracture clinic, which is aug 20th surely this should hold been changed by now

I'd ring up the fracture clinic and check if I were you. I don't know roughly the different types of fractures, but when I had an misfortune and emergency department placement (I'm a student nurse), the majority of people near fractures would have the partly plaster put on, and then they would run to fracture clinic the next daytime (or the following Monday if it was a weekend) and they would renovate it, if they felt in attendance was to be no more swelling.
