im used to using the computer for long hours even though it is for research for school..and i call a halt up getting neck cramps..what is the solution.

oh surely.. my solution would be to ( if you have a laptop)...prop yourself comfortable contained by bed, or rocking chair. get sure you are comfortable with the laptop surrounded by your lap, and prod away...or if you do not have a laptop, and you sit contained by a hard, or rolling stool to do your work, i would try to bring a soft chair, or rockin bench to the desk... it may be a lil hard to manage, but while you are reading the sites..you could relax and even prop your head on a pillow.
