What do you think..I'm have trouble sleeping...?


I have 4 wks & 4 days departed before my planned c-section. I have be having trouble sleeping the full time I've been pregnant but since I've be in the third trimester it is so much worse. One daylight last week, I individual slept for 1 & a 1/2 hours & was up the rest of the dark. Can't nap during the sunshine because, that's just it I can't snooze! I also have another child who doesn't sleep. I have have insomnia my whole vivacity, & I am bipolar 2 & when I get anxious I can't sleep. My OB tell me I can only hold Ambien ( I had a impossible reaction ), Tylenol PM (doesn't work for me) or Benadryl (not strong plenty either). Another doctor gave me Lunesta (didn't work) I told the OB this today & he have a coniption over it. I don't want to harm my babe by taking something to sleep, but realistically I cannot go the rest of my pregnancy w/out sleep especially since openly you don't get any sleep w/ a newborn! My closing OB let me pilfer tylenol w/ codeine, which helped. How can I carry him to take me seriously?

small lifestyle change like have a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and drinking properly,

When you have trouble sleeping, at hand are many things you can do to relieve you relax...

Don't drink caffeine (obviously), as it will strongly affect your sleep.

Within 1-2 hours of your bedtime, don't eat anything, outstandingly chocolate, as it has caffeine.

Refrain from taking anymore sleeping pills!

Drink a chalice of warm or cold milk in the past your bedtime.

Also, a whiff of cologne or perfume is supposed to assistance relax the body.

If you still can't sleep:

Relax. Don't get anxious, of late relax. Let your thoughts wander. Eventually you will drop stale. Take 15 deep breaths and next close your eyes, trying to sleep.

Read or watch TV. Don't find the sleeplessness. After awhile, lay fund down, and you will find yourself much more tired and susceptible to sleep.
