Should I be concerned going on for this bug bite?

I live in Ohio (but am not from the area) & be outside in the grass 4 days ago when I saw a bug on my leg. From the 2 second I saw it, it was a grey color, have a skinny body with wing. I brushed it off my leg contained by a sideways sweeping motion so not to smash it into my leg, the bug burst and blood smeared across my hand and leg. That's when I realize the bug was sucking my blood and wondered if it have been a mosquito! I have been bitten by 100s of mosquitos surrounded by the past and thought nought of it until later. At first the bite acted as a mundane mosquito bite but about 1-2 days subsequent the area where on earth the bite was begin to grow discolored into red and purple splotches 1/2 inch in diameter. It doesn't hurt, just itches for a moment but I'm worried about the coloring and how it hasn't gone away in days!
I get a check-up a month before and am contained by perfect condition, nothing unusual at adjectives and I'm taking no medication for anything.
What could have bitten me and why is the bite such a odd color?

You need to see a dr. This place might necessitate to be lanced to draw from the poison out. The red and purple splotches don't sound biddable at all. This resembling this can turn into gangrene.

bug bites sometimes look like that if the bug get a lot of blood (gross, i know). i don't feel you are in instantaneous danger, unless you start to be aware of sick. if you start to feel at adjectives sick, i would go to the doctor/the ER in half a shake. however, if it doesn't go away surrounded by a day or two i would dance to the doctor. good luck!
