Sudden Back Pain?

The other day while I be driving, I leaned to my right to pick something up off the floor and I suddenly get this sharp (tight pulling feeling) pain contained by my middle back. I couldn't move my spinal column for a second and it went away. Then, today my boyfriend and I be play wrestling and he twisted my upper body in this awkward position and it started again and hasn't permit up since. whenever I bend over it hurts pretty bad. What could this be? It seem to be just on the right side of my spine. I can't sleep right in a minute, and it's 4:00 AM.

I be aware of that physical therapists are the better picking when it comes to spine dysfunction and injury (sorry chiropractors). i've studied both chiropractic and physical therapy and enjoy found the techniques for both adjectives, if used properly in the correct situation. however, contained by this particular situation physical psychiatric therapy is the better course. please try to avoid any bending forward or rotation until you get see, these movements could make your injury worse. try some docile backward bending and see if that help, but overall get to a physical shrink soon! good luck!
