I cant sleep!! Is it my bed or i also have have diarrhea too.?

I cant sleep the past 2 days, I ponder maybe it could be caffiene, i enjoy been drinking coffee and soda times gone by 2 days. I also have have diarrhea, maybe it have to do with that. usually i sleep fine. in good health okay, my bed is actually a futon, specifically sinking in the middle, its old and i have a feeling like i am surrounded by a bun so to speek, how it dips in the middle. i dont find it comfortable a adjectives. does anyone know any natural sleep inducers? i dont conjecture i have insomnia, i have an idea that it is one of the problems i've listed. Also, what do you estimate is keeping me up the past 2 night?

You haven't slept at adjectives? At times I wouldn't be able to plunge asleep for hours and would end up getting some 2 hours of sleep. If this is the luggage then don't verbs. Its temporary. But if you can't sleep at adjectives then see a doctor

could just be the futon and caffeine, but i'd see a doctor merely to make sure. sometimes potentially insecure illnesses can have subtle symptoms close to that. please at least ring up an advice nurse
