Pain from left side of my stomach up into my chest/breast bone nouns.Sharp when bending.?

I am having agony in my not here side that radiates adjectives the way up lower than my rib and between my breast bone. When I bend its like my rib is piercing or adjectives into something. It is very sharp and sometimes sends me to my knees and later sometimes it doesn't bother me. Does anyone know what maybe cause this? And what would cause the dull pain when i bend? It is not a muscle pain. I do know that. I be aware of as though my rib is cutting into one of my organs or something.

it could be a number of things u should really see a doctor at first it sounded like gas but surrounded by between chest area adjectives into something u need a doctor.
