How can i sleep more?


I get greatly tired during school and lots of night i stay up pretty late. I'm going to try not to stay up tardy often, but sometimes i enjoy to (homework). Does anyone know any ways i could get to bed before and not be so tired at school?

don't eat or drink juice after dinner or you'll have too much heartiness to sleep--just drink water--you should have dinner going on for 4 hours before you want to walk to bed--always have a low gi breakfast past school,it'll pick you up till lunch
