Weird vein over my foot?

The large capillary on top of my foot (just below and to the side of the ankle) have popped up and feels tingly. Pulsing, almost, and tickly close to I have ants surrounded by there (eeeeww - horror movie anyone?).
It's not similar to this all the time; today is the second time it's happen.
I called a nurse the first time, and she said to elevate and use rime packs, which I did, and by the ruin of the day it be fine, but now it's backbone.
Any ideas what this is past I call my doc again?
Answer:

any body in a minute of an easy instrument to give up smoking, be smoking for forty years?

Hmmm, it seems close to it is nothing big to verbs about since the rime and elevation took it away. If you are really worried about it try looking on this site(source 1) and if anything you read sounds approaching it mention it to your doctor. I think it might be only a irritated vein possibly caused by foot trauma or an self-conscious position. I wouldn't worry roughly speaking it too much but make sure to mention the Varicose Veins to your doctor. Good Luck!
