Blister on my heel that rubs against my shoe when i play volleyball HELP!?

hey guys! okay i got it from playing in my unmarked volleyball shoes without any socks STUPID I KNOW! and presently it bothers me when i play! there's no way it can treat because even with a belt aid and socks i can feel the blister rubbing against my shoe and getting irritated and worse...it ruins my jump and everything

I in actuality get these from soccer every twelve months. There is no quick solution, I usually make the addition of blister pads and conceivably an extra sock. It sucks, its painful, but try to preserve your mind on the game/practice and push the pain aside surrounded by your mind.

you can buy sports tape and special blister block bandaids from the chemist. turn get some of that after you wont be able to perceive it.
