Pain in the right leg that feels close to its coming from the bone?

Hi, I'm 21 years old. I've only just (past 2 weeks) have be experiencing pain contained by my right leg. It feels resembling its coming from the bone. Last weekend, I bumped my knee, disappearing an ugly bruise, and I regard it may have started in that, although I have have upper pelvic bone pain for a week earlier. Anyways, my knee hurts, but not where on earth I hit it. It's not a constant or terrible discomfort, but it's present. A few days ago my pelvic bone, also on the right side, has begin hurting. It hurts more when I'm sitting. Again its not constant or terrible, but it is within. Does this sound close to it could be bone cancer? Anything else?
