Should I progress back to work taking misery medication?

Should I go backbone to work? I just get my wisdom teeth extracted this morning. I enjoy been taking percocet since this morning and I devise I am doing pretty good. I haven't notice any side effects from the pain meds. Shouldn't they be making me tired? I work in payment would it be approapriate to go rear to work if I am still taking pain medication.
