Is this an ear infection?

Yesterday, I was swimming for most of the morning, I've been swimming commonly for the last few weeks. Just final night the right side of my organizer started to irritate me. Nothing serious, this morning I wake up still minor annoyance. Later in the time it gets worse. It starts foreboding like a pulsing headache. I can get the impression near my ear the capillary is extended out of my head some and I can quality is pulse more. It went away for awhile consequently came subsidise as I was cleaning up at my opportunity. I saw the local pharmacisty and from I told him he said its prolly from swimming and its ear related. Its right nixt to my ear, the only article that worried me was sense my vein and sentiment the pulse more than usual. I have fruitless anxiety so I hope its nothing too serious. If it keep up i'll see my doc immediatly.
