sounds close to a possible fracture -running can definately cause alot of problem -shin splints -there are frequent types of fractures -comminuted -spiral-compact fractures-although these fractures arent visable -like a compound fracture is -the only existing way to determin if you enjoy a fracture is with an x-ray-and even consequently -if its a hairline fracture -it can be difficult to see - i lost my temper several years ago -and punched a wall -i hold what is called a classic boxers fracture -involving the right pinky knuckle -it never swelled up or discolored -but i know i broke it -right away the angle of the fracture is a 45 degree angulated fracture -i can still use my pinky finger and i never have it reset -i dont advise doing that -but i am a stubborn guy
Why does scalding your tongue give you with a sandy notion?
Usually when people refer to a bone spur within the heel it is actually Plantar Fasciitis and if you hold developed a bone spur it will not go away on its own. PF can be extremely sensitive. Ice and stretching help. My first suggestion is to see a Dr they can detail you for sure what the problem is and the best treatment. Only a dr can diagnose a broken bone for sure. For PF freeze a water bottle and roll it next to your foot and stretch. Rest is probably the best cure. Once it feels better produce sure you stretch carefully until that time you run.
