Heart Pain?

hello ive been trying to grasp to sleep but i have a headache on the left side of my chest where on earth my heart is. it happens to me every once contained by a while. Do any of you get this? I also enjoy a heart murmur. What do you think it is, and what should i do?

First off, your heart isn't on the gone side of your chest, though many associates think it is. It's in fact right in the center. There are LOTS of things that could result in a pain within your chest, chiefly a muscle pull. Gas could also end in it, reflux, etc. There is also the chance that the twinge IS in or close to your heart. Heart murmurs don't generally raison d`��tre pain, but if the arteries that nurture the heart become blocked with cholesterol deposits, cramp could result.

I'd say acquire to your doctor for a thorough checkup, especially if you're over 40, have diabetes or large blood pressure or a family history of heart disease. If you're overweight, lose weight. Try to seize some more exercise. I'd also suggest maybe varying pillows or propping yourself up a bit to support your back and chest surrounded by case a muscle verbs is causing this.

I still have a feeling some heat from the sunburn i get over the weekend, is that normal? is it infected?

First bad, if you are having dull pain you should go and bring back checked out by a doctor immediately.

I also enjoy a heart murmur, and I sometimes have misery. I have be told that it is many different things. They enjoy said it was a virus, or merely pain surrounded by the muscles around the heart.

Chest backache, especially if you're in the full-size age group can be a symptom of underlying heart disease (coronary artery obstruction, angina, impending heart attack). This should be checked out ASAP near a doctor!
