Help cure my tendanitus in my knees?

Baking soda and VINEGAR pulls out a stinger and I also hear toothpaste does too but since you got it out already, powerfully, it doesn't much matter. The reddishness is normal as long as he's not have an adnormal reaction which he should later seek a doctor. Tell him to I don`t know try some benadryl as it's made for allergic reactions to a trustworthy extent. Maybe even try elevating his foot to help near the throbbing. Good luck to him!

why did my doctor tell me to quit smoking past my surgery?

put some baking soda and waterby it that will get the poison out afterwards put some ice on it that will bring the swelling down

I inevitability some advice? Please?

Hydrocortisone cream will minister to the itching/swelling. Benadryl taken orally might comfort.
