Wtf is wrong next to me?

I used to have extremely mild symptoms of this so i could just tell that anything be wrong. But one night i OD'd on sleeping pills and sudafed. I know it be dumb, but i was surrounded by a really bad circumstance. It seem to have intensified what i may hold had past though. Now it is open and clear. I see white flashes resembling i used to but stronger and more prevalent. I hear people discussion when there's no one around. I can't make out them, but i know they are talking. My audible range becomes muffled throughout the light of day. I see shadows that pass by me contained by half a second. They're not unadulterated, i know this, but they fly by so fast that adjectives i can think of what they look close to is a dark shadow that pass by. Many times I think I will see something, and the figure is so vivid it's hard to believe its not within. But I can still differ reality from this, so i shouldn't be surrounded by too bad of a spot here. I simply don't know what happened to me that hours of darkness i OD'd. Any ideas?
