Another growth query. Please answer?


Ok so I know that genetics is a knob factor in how elevated you will be and my mom is 5'6" my dad is maybe 6'0" not that high-ceilinged. My aunt is 6'2" since shes pretty tall is at hand any chance that I could procure her height inheritance. Right now im 5'3" 14 years antiquated i know i probably wont get much taller but if i start intake lots of vegitables and fruits more than i do now is within any chance i would find to at least 5'8" - 5'9".

Are you a boy or girl? Girls stop growing between the ages of 15-16, and boys stop growing between the ages of 18-19. Eating fruit and vegetables does not oblige you grow taller, but it will make you in good health. Exercise does not make you grow taller.
