Pain......?

About 8-9 days ago, i had a minor headache on my lower right back side.. i guess where on earth the kidney would be. i didnt think anything of it, i only just thought i slept wrong. then i have gotten the flu the 2 days or so later, and it last for about 5 days.. desperate fever and stuff. and immediately that pain on my support side on the right and {around the side} is really bad. its be bad for give or take a few as long as my flu has be. it hurts when i take a adjectives breath, and cough.. even just move or lay down... i cant transport it anymore. what could this be?? kidney stone? uti? what?!

This could possibly be kidneys, but there is also gallbladder, appendix, etc. that can also hurt through your rear legs.
