first, stop smoking dope. It already seems to own stopped you from knowing how to spell. Second, one joint does more make worse to your health after 5 cigarettes. Lastly, it takes at lowest possible 24 hours for one to leave your system. The more you smoke, the longer it take, which means you could have need of months to clear your system.. No way can you speed up the process.

Okay heres the real answer to this sound out, One gallon of water drank over the span of two hours will flush as much THC that you recieve when smoking a dimebag or 2 or 3 joint completely out of your system. And you need to burn somewhat fat, move about for a run.

Oh yeah and when you have to piss from the gallon of dampen you drank, never hold it in, be in motion right to the bathroom.

Its probably all surrounded by my head but i drink a big bottle of cranberry liquid to get rid of it too. Im not certian just about this though.
