Question about sore muscles from march band military camp.. (read details please)?

I play tuba in march band but I'm skinny and not especially athletic so I'm having some difficulty. My muscles surrounded by my upper body are extrememly sore and tender.
Mostly from doing push ups from when I screw up a march past which I think is bogus. They read aloud "Push ups make you smart" and I focus that's crap... I didn't learn how to read by doing push ups but that's another story. Also its not helping me capture the march right at adjectives it just pisses me bad. Haha. I'm considering quitting because I don't like fastening enough to move about through boot camp...

Anyway the element where the tuba/sousaphone is on my shoulder make it hurt really bad considering I enjoy a boney shoulder with a touch meat.

So basically how do I relieve sore shoulders and upper arms? Also my hand are bruised and maybe a moment or two burnt from push ups on the asphault parking lot that isn't smooth at adjectives is there a high-speed cure for that? I really need to boost my repossession time so I can be at my best.

Thanks

Why was he shocked??

ooo i consistency your pain, decoration camp can be miserable. granted i be the piccolo player and didn't have to get around a 30 lb instrument, but i see where you're coming from. stretching out in the morning back you start may help beside sore muscles somewhat, my junior year our director had us adjectives doing stretches in the morning to loosen up our muscles to prevent straining anything. another thing you might want to try would be taking a towel or a large piece of foam or something equally squishy, and wrapping it around and securing it to the fragment of the sousaphone that comes in contact beside your shoulder, that would compensate somewhat for your boney shoulders. regardless, band military camp can be a nightmare, i remember my freshman year, our director told us on the first day of military camp that most of our favorite high college memories would be from band military camp and marching leash, even though that seemed categorically ridiculous at the time, he was right. my best friends be in strip, and as marching season progresses, you'll be surprised how close everybody become. stick with it, the worse will be over soon!

What is hose electrolyte imbalance?

If you own muscle soreness I would recommend a combination of Tylenol during the day when you own to practice and ice packs at hours of darkness if they are bothering you. If the Tylenol doesn't work, try Aleve. If you have actual rare spots Vaseline works great to heal that up. Bruising will newly have to restore to health with time. Think roughly some protective gloves.

Hopefully, the exercise will strengthen your muscles so you won't get so sore anymore! :)

Does fluid removal from the knees hurt?

Ahhhh, band days..I remember them very well! Wow! you're a trooper, I always feel for the sousaphone players, i just have a sax. resting the shoulder would be great but isn't an option at the moment so we involve to get creative. You could suppose about only some oral pain meds, and rime if you start to notice swelling or flush over the area. oh and you'll love this... some stroke to your shoulder couldn't hurt! here's the creative part...we call for to get the pressure rotten your shoulder. so if you've got a pillow suitcase or a towel and some athletic tape you could craze a pad to cushion the spot on your shoulder that your sousaphone rests on. fold up the towel or pillow defence into a pad and safe and sound tape it to keep hold of it's form. you could tape it to your shoulder everyday or video it to your horn (i'm sure selecting the material color to match that of your alma mater obviously is the only path to go:)) If you wanna be in motion more hi-tech you could buy some Dr. Scholls gel shoe inserts and cut them to size and attach them to your horn or your body as a cushion as well. Both these accepted wisdom are cheap and work in a pinch to bring the pressure off and that's the esteemed thing! Besides if you cassette the padding to your shoulder, no one's gonna see it underneath your "awesome" uniforms! oh, i've see numerous studies that it's learning to play the instrument that make you smarter, not pushups. Do the best you can with the march, push-ups aren't great for the wrists! no quick cure for your hand, just steal care of them, possibly get some bat gloves and cut the tops off the fingers so you can play. Good luck, and stay in company...if anything you get free permission to the football games!
