Terible throat aching?

i have have this serve pain on my disappeared side of my tonsil for a week and my dad says it's a sore throat but it get worse at night and i enjoy no fever or anything resembling that but like i said it get worse at night so impossible i can't talk or move my tongue any concept on what this may be Thanks!!
