I'm sorry that the surgery didn't help. Can you describe what type of surgery you have? Although a history of surgery would limit the technique available, chiropractic is one option that have great results, especially after a failed posterior surgery. Talk to your friends and find out who they go to, and acquire a good referral from them. I enjoy planty of esperience working with race who have have a fusion surgery, and while the results can be slow at times, they always come. Good luck beside this.

PS-My father has have 2 discs removed from his lower back. As long as I adjust him once a week and he stays moving, he does just fine. Still golfing, mt biking, swimming.
