How do i fix this?

i am 13 years old and i play fastpitch softball. ive be playing for a couple years and last season i relized that it be hard for me to be paid the throw across the diamond from 3rd to first. i used to be able to throw a strike to 1st from 3rd. presently the beginning of my summer league when i throw across the diamond my arm hurts surrounded by the inside of my elbow. i have an elbow brace but its dosnt support that much. am i throwing wrong? do i have a strained muscle or tendonitis? should i run for an MRI? what should i do?

You have what is call Little League Elbow, which is inflammation in the growth plate in your elbow.its like tendinitis but b/c of your age the stress is placed on the bone instead of the muscle. Most likely it is from throwing incorrectly. Hopefully you do not hold a tear within the Ulnar Collateral Ligament, which would be worse. At this point you should see an orthopedic doctor and get a referral for physical psychoanalysis. Feel free to message me if you have other question.
