Serious chief injury?

my brother have be beating me up ever since i be little and he always hit me within the head and i cant do anything almost it because he is oldr and bigger than me and he always hit me everytime im not suspecting it. he draw from mad over something totally simple such as when i change the tv channell because he be on the internet then he said oh dawdle i was watching that so afterwards he hit me. my mom would not do anything about it and only just some of my friends told me that my head digit seem odd. i usually get a headache and nausea. is this serious? should i run to the doctor cuz i hate going to the doctor. i live in canada and it take forever going to the doctor.

I would you dont want to really walk around and somthing doomed to failure happens to you due to a recent cranium injury and never let him hit you again in the herald and if he dose tell him the subsequent time you do it it wont be so so good for the both of you but i shift and get it checked for your sake.
