Tailbone Injury.?
Should I see my doctor about it?
Answers:
I injured my tailbone when I was something like 14 years old. I be sun bathing on our patio when my sand chair collapsed and I land on the hard brick quad. The pain be unbearable when it first happen, and the X-ray showed my tailbone as being slightly bent from the impact. I am immediately 38 years old, and I occasionally still quality sore when I sit for long periods of time. If I be you, I would atleast have an X-ray taken to rule out anything serious. I hope your agony goes away soon. Be powerfully.
I had equal exact thing transpire to me, i couldn't even walk! But i didn't dance to a doctor, it eventually healed up by itself
Why are asian general public not very friendly?
ok, this may nouns strange but physical therapists know how to treat tailbones. it's call coccygeal(fancy schmancy word for tailbone)manipulation. i'll tell you up front..it's not fun and the treatment can be for a moment embarassing and really invades personal space. IF you are a candidate for this treatment, you could be painfree inwardly one to three visits. for very soon, i would recommend going to see a physical therapist and ask around having them brand or give you directions on making a form cushion just for tailbone injuries. deeply it's a rectangle foam rubber pad beside a small rectangle cut out of the center of the back of one short side. this little cutout is where on earth you would place your tailbone. sorry if it sounds confusing but it's hard to describe how to bring in something without pictures. anyway, Physical dream therapy is the best course to take. Who know maybe the psychoanalyst you go see might own a better way than i suggested! right luck! oh, and yes you may need to see your doc in the order of getting a referral to physical therapy. Why is it that when you shift to bed late....?
When I be a young girl I to have a tailbone injury. The people subsequent door to us had an rime rink. At the edge of the rime rink was a picnic table. We took the picnic table and put it onto the rime rink and took and old door and put it from the table to the rime. We packed it down beside snow and water, consent to it freeze and then get up on the table and came down the door near our skates on, and onto the ice we go. It worked fine the first two times. On the third time the back of my skate caught the rime. I went up within the air and come right down on my tail bone. My folks took me to the emergency room where a doctor looked at it and said it be broke, but there be not much they could do for it. I suffered for weeks. After all these years it still give me lots of trouble. It swells at time to the point where I can not gain a pair of jeans on. Two years ago I go to a specialist to have it looked at. They said nearby was a surgery that could be done, but I would a 50% kismet of not being competent to walk. That's not perfect enough for me. You may want to try to see a doctor to see what they let somebody know you. But I feel for you, because I know what you are going through. I option you luck. Hope you feel better soon. Let me know how it go!Im having closely of pain around my knees lately?
It wouldn't hurt to have an X-ray to see if at hand is some miss-alignment. There is no pill that will do much for it. The best is to exercise and change your diet to a therapeutic diet. Start drinking distilled water this will abet with the agony. Its weird how some things that should own caused main damage don't and things that shouldn't hold even caused a problem can be so prickly...
About 3 years ago I had (for a cause I do nooot remember) climbed up onto the kitchen counter - probably to reach something past its sell-by date the top of it. I was STANDING up on it & fell straight posterior onto my back onto the hardwood floor.
My tailbone hurt for almost 2 weeks - maybe a short time more. No permanent twist done. That's so strange that yours is still hurting after that long..
I apologize for this not being an answer - I started answering your ask when I realized I have completely missed how long ago this happened. =[
try asking a chiropractor just about it.. ?
