You should try some chamomile tea. one table spoon of chamomile, with 6 or 9 oz. of sea. Let it boil with a lid on for 5 to 10 minutes. Let it steep for 10 minutes and drink near honey.

It really works, but never use a aluminum pan, use a metal one and hang on to the lid on so the medicinal oils can get underway. And only use honey cuz sugar, splenda, and other sweeteners won`t do any correct.

Also make sure you use natural chamomile cuz usually store bought has additives which totally licking the purpose of the tea.

Needed:

1 Tablespoon of Chamomile

9 oz. of water

A lid (glass or what ever fits you pot)

a tea pot

honey ( how ever much you need, but not too much or it will be too sweet.)

a mug or chalice (never plastic!)

and a spoon.

you can drink it with rime, I like my teas iced or you can drink it heat.

well first of all carry off the damn computer. later dont watch TV or read or anything...freshly sit around and pop some advil, motrin, tylonal, or any other med that works for headaches and lurk for them to kick surrounded by, but dont focus on anything close up and if the headaches verbs see an eye doc cause if u want glasses or contacts it give u headaches.
