The best prescription sleep aid is rozeram it is non-addicitive and works really well. The singular problem is that it is new and have no generic so it is very expensive. If you own not tried diphenhydramine HCl you should try that it is the active ingredient in benadryl. 50mg should put you to sleep fairly quickly. Hope this help.
