Almost encounter a hernia?


Earlier today while doing my daily workout which is 45 minutes of cardio which partially of it focuses on the core, afterwards i started doing 200 ab crunches, 20 reps on 10 different kinds.

On one of them where on earth you put your legs to the left and hang on to your back on the ground and do crunches in general, I could feel my groin initiate to pull upwards. Upon notice this, I took a break for a sec and tried again, but noticed i get the same consciousness so I didn't. I finished my workout and felt fine. My put somebody through the mill is, is it possible I might've almost encountered a hernia? And should I avoid those side crunches for the time anyone? I feel fine even presently so I think I might've save myself from a really bad situation.

Sure, it is possible. A hernia is essentially damaged underlying tissues (ducts, intestines, nerves, blood vessels) pinched between muscles. When you are working out and flexing muscles, it is relatively possible that you felt this type of "pinching" aching. That is why we have affliction -- to warn us to space when something might be wrong.
