I cant tell if I own a sprained ankle? Please Help?

It sounds like it's newly a sprain. I would suggest RICE (Rest, ice, compression, and elevation), and whip some ibuprofen. Give it a week or so to start healing, and if it does not consistency any better then dance see a doctor. Go ahead and keep wrapping it that will be apposite, and give it a few weeks to make well, and get strong again, and it should be OK! I hope you be wearing a helmet, and if not I guess this is a restraining to start wearing one so you don't end up one flown to the hospital with a brain injury!

I would take it checked out--it could be a bad sprain--torn ligaments--a fracture--numerous other problems cause by something slight. I went 2 weeks next to a fractured foot one time--I walked down a sloped courtyard, an object clipped my foot the right road and I broke my leg--get it checked out.If it is swelling and is bruised it probably is sprained...but be sure your ankle isn't broken. The bone could be cracked and you could still walk on it ...but it would be raw. You need to dance to the doctor and get an exray.

I thought that I sprained my foot playing tennis and I acctually broke it! If it is swelling I think that you broke it! Keep rime on it! Try to soak your foot in hot wet that has epsom brackish dissolved in it. Also maintain ice on it for at most minuscule 12 hours. Go to a foot doctor, explain what happenbed and he will take ex-rays and share you whats wrong. Just because you can walk on your foot does not propose that it is not broken. I walked and played tennis on a broked foot for three weeks past my mom took me to the doctor. It hurt like hell. Good luck!More Questions & Answers...
