I need lend a hand, but don't know how to ask.?

I am an adult, staying beside my parents for a bit. My left testicle hurts on and past its sell-by date sometimes, and feels close to there is a sac of worms or something squishy beside it, I don't know what it is and I'm upset to ask my parents, doctor, friends. Can someone help me, or does anyone know what I might hold?

You should patently see a doctor and should not be embarrased about it at adjectives. Doctors see all kind of things - they certainly hold seen other testicles in the past. Please get it checked out.

I don't know what you have but I'd be going to the doctor. There's nought to be embarrassed more or less when it comes to something just not right or roughly, your health.
