Can kissing someone who has a lip piercing be adverse?

my girlfriend has a lip piercing that connects from her bottom lip to underneath the bottom lip. She usually doesn't wear the connecting ring when we kiss, she will usually only own a small stub-like piercing filling the bottom hole i guess you can speak. I dont know much about piercings, i dont mind her have one but is there something i obligation to be aware of bacteria clever? Im sure she is clean, she strives to be and i dont see any perceptible problems, but can kissing her with a lip piercing be poisonous bacterial health erudite? If so please tell me what persuasions i should thieve. thank you
