Clean it as well as you can next to alcohol, slather antibiotic ointment on it & examine it CLOSELY. If you see ANY red streaks, coming from it, or it feels hot & sore, travel to a doc, he will give you antibiotcs & a tetnus. When be your last tetnus? If it is over 10 years, you obligation another anyway.
any suggestion for sciatic pain?

Just hold and eye on it

You might. If you haven't had one surrounded by a couple of years, I would get it done anyway.Yes you would especially if metal is what periced your foot or hand that can mete out alot of issues later if you don't bring a tetanus shot.
No. But did you pull it out?
Growing pains... or are they??
If you haven't have one in more than 7 years, it may be a polite idea.I fractured my ribs put money on in March and occasionally they still grain sore?
You should get a tetanus shot every 10 years. If you hold not had one, after you should absolutely catch the shot.It is a common misconception that merely rusty nails grounds tetanus. This is NOT TRUE. Tetanus is everywhere - on plants with thorns, nail, push pins, etc. The problem with puncture wounds is that the microbes gets up into the inner layer of the skin and the neosporin is only applied to the surface of the foot - so this would not slay any bacteria that may be inside the foot.
I'm not describing you this to scare you, but again, if you haven't have a tetanus shot in 10 years, I would return with one. Even if you're not infected from this pin, it will protect you from any future incidents.
My husband tore his acl several years ago.?
Ouch! Been near, done that. Unless the pin was particularly old, no, but keep hold of an eye on it for redness subsequent. No, I don't think you will be need a tetnus shot. Last year when I was 13 (I'm in a minute 14 going to be 15), I stepped on a nail and it go through my foot in the Mississippi river. I did not necessitate a tetnus for that. But what you need to do is save an eye on it. Keep aiding it with Neisporn, and other make sure you silver the bandage atleast twice a time. DON'T go into any loving of un-clean water, it could bring back infected. If you notice a bump starting to form where on earth you stepped on it, go see a doctor. Otherwise I believe you will be fine!
if the pin be rusty then move about see a doctor if not your fine, purely do daily check ups
