I have a tubal ligation many years ago and sometimes I get hold of discomfort in the navel region. My doctor say it is scar tissue and woman that have a c section complain also. Anyway, your reproductive organs must be close to that nouns so if it happens again enjoy it checked out by a doctor. It's possible it may have be just gas. Hope so.
