My biceps hurt really bleak from throwing. After practice, i can't hold my arm out for 10 sec. What should i do?

I think i am overthrowing or overstretching or (and) throwing the wrong channel. After practice sometimes, I will try to hold my drink but I can't because my hand will shake. What should I do to brand name it better?

Let it rest, what else can you do.

how did you quit smoking?

relax for a while don't play so intricate cause it'll freshly keep hurting

First of adjectives, rest. You may need to start performing a well-mannered flexibility program...I doubt you are overstretching. Next, check out this website for some GOOD fundamentals for your strengthening program. This was developed by the skipper PT for Dr. Andrews at Birmingham (the guy who operates on a great deal of pro athletes). Hope this helps you out!
