Back Pain Relief??


I pulled something in my back months ago, but it merely started hurting again about 4 days ago, it will grain better once the day go on but then when I am trying to sleep and when I get up up it is so sore I can barely move, does anyone hold any recommendations on what I can do to variety it feel better?
