Muscle spasm in lower pay for??

how long ago? did you recieve physical therapy within the hospital? and are you seeing a physical therapist presently?if so, speak with them on your subsequent visit something like swelling, but if not, i suggest speaking to your doctor and setting up an appointment beside a PT. I know PT isn't fun following surgery but it's necessary and productive in maintain the swelling and getting you up and around more quickly in consequence keeping you more well physically. swelling is a great environment for allowing you muscles and joint to lock up and difficulty with walking and movement by and large will only go and get worse. In the meantime just speak beside your doc about oral meds to relieve with swelling and the dated ice and elevation trick. You could do some exercises at home to catch your knee moving. you could sit in a stool and pump your ankles to get the fluid moving out of your foot, bend and straighten your knees, really any movement you have that isn't bumpy, but don't be afraid of discomfort, move as much as you can tolerate. The best is getting up and walking according to the weight attitude load your MD give you. however, get planned for PT as soon as you can. hope this helps and i decision you the best of luck with your therapeutic!
