How can I avoid my finger nail chipping and cracking?

Recently found that my finger nails enjoy been chipping at the ends which results in a layer pealing stale right up to the skin which is not only unsightly but can also be pretty tender.

Is this a dietary thing? I've hear that calcium stops whitening of the nails, is this something similar?

I focus calcium would be good for your nail certainly.
Many fastener varnishes can also be found which congeal nails.
I enjoy had a blistering nails problem (to a mediocre extent) and have resolved it by other wearing the clear strengthening nail polish and never blistering my nails - i purely cut them short to avoid further deterioration (ie i cut away the bit that is crumbling rather than strip it back)

Is it bad for me to tip out asleep slumped down in my bench every night? I want to take poor posture.?

Drink milk and dairy products. It might be a calcium defficiency. Using a nail strengthener or stub coat will help them stay strong and will be smaller number likely to break.
