What cause a buildup of thin sticky white skin stuff in my mouth at hours of darkness?

I often find that once I've be laying surrounded by bed reading for a while at night, I acquire this sticky white buildup between the inside of my mouth and the gums... especially in the nook and cranny parts. And I also get this when I stir up in the mornings. Its almost as if the inside of my mouth is shedding its 'skin' every hours of darkness.
Would anyone know what this stuff is and what causes it??

It's a microbes flush. Pretty common. Try brushing, flossing and mouthwash past bed. It should help.
