My eye is twitching and I do not know why? I am not tired so I don't know what is cause it?

I heard that eye twitching happen when you're tired. My eye has be ding this for a few days now, almost a week... anyone know any other reason for eye twitching?

I took a sleeping pill that evening and rested a full 8 hours and lthe problem be solved.
