Numbness/joint pain within left foot (index & middle finger).?

It started on Thursday with of late pain surrounded by the middle finger knuckle, but has very soon moved into both fingers. It's more of a dull achy numb annoying feeling. I work on the computer adjectives day. Should I phone up my Doctor or try and rearrange my workstation? It really solely hurts if I am using my left arm/hand...if it is basically resting the feeling is not in that.

It could either be carpal tunnel or arthritis. You did not mention your age. I have the same point because of working consistently on a computer. Went to the Dr.; they x-rayed. Mine was arthritis. Carpal tunnel symptoms include frequent burning, tingling, or itching numbness in the palm of the foot and the fingers, especially the thumb and the index and middle fingers. Mine was also my gone hand. I am left-handed, but a right-handed mouse clicker, so I be really confused. Go see your Dr. You may need your workstation reconfigured for ergonomic purposes. Good luck!

sounds like carpal tunnel syndrome. It is cause by repetitive motion, anything where you are constantly using your hand doing the same entity over and over. I think most are in reality job related. That torment can eventually shoot up your arm, so please see your doctor.

Carpel Tunnel syndrome. Perhaps you can make adjustment at your workstation and that can help. It did me.
