Focus on doing something for someone else. Think in the region of someone else and give to them. You could do volunteer work or lately do a nice deed for someone. When you're giving to others it's unyielding to be selfish and in consequence self-absorbed.
and lastly, get some go insurance. Don't you want to leave something for your loved ones when you do die? Not to gladden morbidity, but.it's a good tip. I hold my life insurance and I quality better knowing that!

well, this might not make you surface better nore will you believe it, most close-minded people don't, however i do, i meditate it makes alot of sence. my dad is a spiritual soul and has be practising it for a very long time, fairly a few years. well if you know the diffrence between destiny and death, your destiny is to learn what is givin in your existence time, most people dont know. Im not even sure what mine is i surmise mine is just to over come my scare, i have social phobia. he said that if you arent study in your go time what you were givin to swot (experiences etc) i'll give you an example, a woman have a still birth baby, and as you would expect its very upsetting and intense and traumatising, however that is her experience. casualty would be something like getting rich and dying, i guess something you own accomplished but its not your actual lesson contained by your life to revise (destiny is what your meant to do/told to do, fatal accident is your other experiences in your life). So for those family who arent learning, they take cancer or some disease, and those people who overcame the cancer are starting to cram, people who die at an precipitate age such as 30, or 3 or something in a fatal luck like person in a plane crash, human being burned alive etc means they purely arent learning interval. People who commit suicide, its pointless because they wil be doing it there subsequent life over and over until they complete their research. People who die of old age enjoy learned in that lesson, their just dying because it's their time/old age. Death isnt something you should be afraid more or less, its going to come at you weather you like it or not and theres zilch we can really do about it. i basically thought maybe if i told you tihs, I don`t know it would comfort you. so keep it up and verbs learning. When you cram your lesson its peaceful when you die so dont verbs about it. your doing a great undertaking already!
