I can't stay asleep!?
1) Yes, I am overweight (not obese). I am not diabetic.
2) I do not consume caffiene after going on for noon, sometimes as belatedly as one. (I drink 1-2 cups of green tea in the morning.)
3) I have taken sleeping medication in times gone by and do not wish to do so again. I become dependant on them and they had serious self effects.
Any advice? Professionals prefered.

i know you are anti medication but please read all of this until that time you make up your mind.
i strongly suggest valerian root. it's great at relieving stress and rigidity! you can get it over the counter and it's a great sleep aid! if you hold one of those "racing minds" or "i can't turn my guide off no event how tired i am" then this will specifically help. you can find at your local grocery store in the pharmacy or herbal remedy division. start off taking 500-1000mgs, 30-45 minutes in the past you go to bed. in a minute you can get this stuff contained by capsule form and it's 100% not dangerous (my whole familial has be taking it for years and our family doctor if truth be told recommended it) however the only downside is that the more potent the brand your taking the stronger the smell. and this stuff smells AWFUL! but it's worth it. in 5-7 days you should notice a concrete change within your sleep.
WARNING! i strongly do not suggest that you take Tylenol PM and booze, contained by any form or combination. the main ingredient in Tylenol PM and Advil pm, or benadryl for that situation is diphenhydramine. here's what happens when you bring it:

I hurt my knee, will it still hurt tomorrow?
When I be having trouble sleeping my physician told me to exercise more during the year but not within 2 hours of bedtime contained by order to acquire physically tired which helps most relatives sleep longer and deeper.I also drink herbal tea in the evening to relax - there is one call sleepy time extra that has Valerian root extract and it is incredible.
I also embezzle melatonin on the nights I touch restless and it naturally make me sleep more deeply and longer.
I would recommend innate sleep remedies over pharmaceutical in most cases.
