My tounge?

My tounge really hurts. The front of it, my tastebuds are raised and consistency like they enjoy been severly burned. The vertebrae has gooey, white stuff that comes past its sell-by date, but it's sort of hard to bring off because it's sticky. It's not coxsackie or geographic tongue, but I own no idea what it is. Does anyone know what this could be?

your tongue is severely coated beside a type of fungus,you will need to gargle some pills but I'm not sure what kind,,listerine may oblige but will burn cuz of the irritation to your tongue. hold it in your mouth long as you can.probably call for to see a doctor to get the right stuff.,pious luck to you pal,,
