Trouble sleeping?


Lately I have have trouble sleeping. I've never been one to leak asleep right when my head hits the pillow, but lately it's be worse and I just slump awake. I try reading and doing other activities to get hold of my mind off of it, but that doesn't comfort. What can I do to get a better night's sleep, especially since arts school is about to start?

Just Dont bother give or take a few it. Walk for 30 minutes in the evening and have fine hip bath. Then drink a cup of milk and go to bed by 9 pm. But dont forget to switch on your music system which plays your inclination music. Have sweet dreams.
