You are way to childish to be experiencing degenerative changes. Have you have an injury that may have provoked the adaptation. The other very momentous factors to consider are the possibility of drastically early osteoporosis, rash because it usually inflicts women in the 40-50 age bracket and can result in small compression fractures of the lumbar spine. I would be very diligent contained by my pursuit of some healing solutions. First I would address my diet, you have need of at least 400units a light of day of vitaminD, if you are already experiencing bone density changes you requirement to increase the dose to 50,000 units a light of day, YUP, 50,000. You also want to increase protein and vitamin C together they will help your body restore to health some of the damage you may hold. The other very massively very prominent factor is weight and exercise, it will craft or break your ability to function. The aging process doesn't enjoy to be a totally dreaded miserable process. The use it or lose it rule applies in adjectives aspects. Good luck , don't settle for a doctor that is not faithfully interested in your problems, at the age of 25 they should be very concerned that you enjoy these changes if it not indicative of your medical history.
