Is it serious or am i basically worn out?


I've been highly busy lately with work, and within are times when my body feels tingly, I'm consumption normally and going to the restroom typically, I drink alot of water so I'm sweating fairly a bit, I do feel tired alot but I'm a restless sleeper, in that are times when I do feel anxious or own anxiety especially in the mornings but go away by mid-morning, and lately my left shoulder and arm feel like nearby are little muscle spasms. and another thing whenever I put on my work uniform or turn to work I don't feel so pious. could this be a sign of stress or something more serious?

Sounds like main fatigue but I would definately see a Dr. to make sure it isn't something more serious!
