Back hurts horribly - Ribs out of place... Anything that will back besides chiropractor?
I be told that my ribs are out of place or something to that effect. It's awful and it's affecting every aspect of my energy. Does anyone know of any exercises or anything natural I can do to lessen the pain? Any chiroptractors out in that with any warning would be greatly appreciated! Thanks so much!

Try lying on the floor on your vertebrae. This will help your body to readily realign. I do this when I do anything to displace parts of my back and it works. You should also try an over the counter anti-inflamitory (ie. ibuprofen). This will assist with the headache and reduce the swelling cause by anything that is inappropriate.
